Q. Can I return or exchange my items?

Since these are custom pieces all sales are final, no returns or exchanges. 

Q. How long does creation and shipping take?

While we give ourselves a buffer of 2-3 weeks for custom item creation, on average all orders are done within 3-5 business days. Ready to ship items will ship the next day after your order has been placed. We ship using ground postal mail, which on average takes 3 days to arrive.

Q. What if the postal service takes longer than expected to deliver my items?

Unfortunately, sometimes delays within the postal service happen. While we can’t guarantee the postal service will deliver your package without delay, we do guarantee that we’ll get your package to them within the agreed upon time frame! Once the package leaves our hands we cannot be held liable for any delays in receiving it, and we encourage you to reach out to your local postal branch to inquire on your package. 

Q. Can I pay to expedite my order? 

Yes, you can pay to expedite your order. An additional $20 will push your order to the front of the line, please reach out to me prior to placing your order via instagram (Leeahsangelz) to utilize this option.
